| Clients come to us at all stages of the construction process; some are interested in building a customized home on one of Blok's' lots or would like assistance finding the perfect lot, others have already purchased land and may have drawings. Regardless of the stage, we can provide clients assistance with; establishing scope of project, land acquisition, preliminary & final budgets, financing through one of our preferred lenders, specification finalization, city approvals, scheduling, permits, demolition and construction, interior design and selections, pre-possession phase and warranty implementation.
